Directions & Transportation

Port Miami is easily accessible by car, train or taxi, however, most cruise lines offer shuttle service directly from Miami International Airport (see below). Upon arrival at the port, follow signs to the Terminal. You can access PortMiami using different forms of transportation such as: car, taxi, uber, or simply using Metrorail's Orange Line to Downtown Miami and then hopping on the Metromover or City of Miami Coral Way Trolley from the Government Center Metrorail/Metromover Station.

Parking Information

Parking is conveniently available at all cruise terminals. Designated disabled permit parking spaces are available in each garage. Spaces are also available for oversized vehicles (oversized vans, recreational vehicles and vehicles with trailers) at special rates. All facilities are patrolled by security. Oversized vehicles may only park in Lot #2, across from Cruise Terminal E.

Carnival Shuttle

Carnival Cruise Line offers transportation between Miami International or Ft. Lauderdale International Airport to Port Miami on the day of embarkation or debarkation only. Guests may purchase transportation up to two days prior to their sail date.

To purchase Carnival's transportation service, your flight must arrive at:
• Miami International Airport - no later than 12:00 PM
• Ft. Lauderdale International - no later than 11:30 AM

Transportation service will run hourly and will be provided as follows:
• Miami International Airport - between 10:00 AM and 12:30 PM
• Ft. Lauderdale International Airport - one departure at 12:00 PM

NOTE: Guests who purchase their own airfare tickets and are using Carnival's Airport Transportation are required to provide flight information via Online Check-In no later than two days prior to their cruise date. The airport is staffed based on known flight information. Once all known flights are met, the staff is released and service is no longer available.
