No. Gifts are only presented during the sailing on which you reach a level listed above. Emails will be sent to those guests receiving gifts prior to the cruise with details on how and when the gifts will be presented during the cruise.

Yes. Benefits carry forward to subsequent sailings upon reaching each Loyalty level. For instance, once you reach your 8th sailing, you will receive those benefits for all subsequent sailings. The same is true for the additional benefits you receive starting at the 10 year level.

Laminates awarded at each level listed above are simply commemorative gifts and celebrate that you have reached a particular Loyalty level.

Wristbands for 8-9 year guests will serve as your means of priority entry for the Dining Room group Meet & Greet sessions, and the special Merchandise Store hours reserved for Loyalty members.

Wristbands for 10+ year guests (including Lifers) will serve as your means of entry for the Private Cocktail Party and performance, Serenity Retreat, the Dining Room group Meet & Greet sessions, and the special Merchandise Store hours.

Laminates will be awarded onboard the ship at a special presentation. Further information regarding the presentation date and time will be emailed to those guests prior to the cruise.

All guests with 8 or more sailings will pick up their Wristbands during check-in at the cruise terminal prior to departure.

All minor guests under the age of 18 traveling with a parent will receive the same Benefits (not Gifts) as the parent.

Yes. As the cruise continues to grow, so will our Loyalty program. More information will be provided as the program is updated.

Lifers are those guests who sailed on at least one ShipRocked from 2009-2011, and who have sailed on every other ShipRocked cruise since. So it is not possible to achieve Lifer status, only lose it, should you miss a sailing.
