Unfortunately, SR21 fell victim to these unprecedented and challenging times, and as a result we are unable to come together again in 2021. So, the next ShipRocked cruise will set sail in January 2022.
We are working quickly to finalize our initial artist lineup, and look forward to delivering the kind of experience the ShipRocked Family has grown to love, expect, and that you deserve! We can’t wait to rock hard and vacation harder with you all again in 2022!
So what now? Please carefully read through all of the information below!
I WANT TO KEEP MY RESERVATION
If you are currently booked for ShipRocked 2021 and would like to keep your reservation in place for ShipRocked 2022, no action is necessary. Your cabin will remain the same, and your reservation and payment details will be automatically transferred and applied to the new sailing. If you're still making payments, your remaining installments will be adjusted according to the updated payment schedule. We'll even give you some some onboard spending money as a thank you for coming along! See below for more info.
If you are currently making monthly payments, your final payment date has been extended to October 1, 2021, and your monthly payment amount has been lowered! Of course you're welcome to pay the balance of your cruise at any time, and if you've already paid your reservation in full, you're all set!
You will receive a new reservation confirmation email (if you haven't already), and of course you are still able to login to your ASK4 Reservations Account to view your updated SR22 reservation details.
YES! Your cabin number and reservation number remain the same.
Who doesn't like a little extra spending money on vacation? For keeping your exisiting reservation in place for SR22, we are pleased to give you a $300 per cabin onboard credit! Spend it at the bar, casino, the spa, for your internet, any way you wish during the cruise!
Onboard credits are per cabin, based on double occupancy ($150/pp for doubles, $100/pp for triples, $75/pp for quads), and are non-refundable following the cruise... so be sure you spend it all! Credits will appear on your onboard spending account on the 2nd say of sailing.
If you purchased travel insurance from Travel Guard when you made your SR21 reservation, your policy is still valid and your policy has been updated to reflect our new 2022 sailing dates. You can get a copy of your updated policy by clicking here, or you can call Travel Guard at 800-826-4919.
If you purchased travel insurance from any other carrier, you will need to contact them and inform them of the date change to have your policy updated.

If you plan to sail, but your cabinmates decide to cancel, please contact us at shiprocked@ask4ent.com or by phone at (888-402-ASK4 (2754), before January 22nd to discuss any issues that may impact your reservation.
All cancellation requests submitted after 5:00pm-ET on January 22, 2021 will be subject to the Cancellation Policy (and Lineup Guarantee) as outlined in the Terms & Conditions for SR22, and assessed a $50 per person processing fee.
I Need to cancel
If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, well, that's a bummer. We'll be sad to see you go. But you do have the option to either cancel your reservation for a full refund, or transfer your payments to a future sailing. See below for those details.
If you are unable to join us in January 2022 and need to cancel your reservation for a refund, you must complete and submit a Reservation Cancellation request form.
All cancellation requests submitted between December 9th and 5:00pm-ET on Friday, January 22nd will receive a full refund with no penalty. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of your request.
Cancellation requests submitted after January 22nd will be subject to the SR22 Cancellation Policy (and Lineup Guarantee) per our Terms & Conditions, and assessed a $50 per person processing fee.
IMPORTANT:
If you are the Lead Guest in your cabin, in addition to submitting your request, you must contact us at shiprocked@ask4ent.com or by phone at (888-402-ASK4 (2754), before January 22nd to discuss, as your cancellation may impact those cabinmates who choose not to cancel.
If you are NOT the Lead Guest in your cabin, you must contact your cabin's Lead Guest to inform them that you are cancelling.
If you are unable to join us in January 2022 but would like to transfer/credit your SR21 payments to a future ShipRocked reservation (other than ShipRocked 2022), you must contact us before 5:00pm-ET on Friday, January 22nd in order to do so.
Transfer requests submitted after January 22nd will be subject to the Terms & Conditions for SR22, and assessed a $50 per person processing fee.
Transfer credits will be applied to your ASK4 Reservations account within 30 days of your request.
Please note: if you choose to transfer your payments to a future ShipRocked event, your transfer payments will be subject to our normal cancellation policies. Additional refund requests will incur cancellation fees, based on the date of your request.

If you purchased travel insurance, you are subject to your policy's terms and conditions as it relates to cancellation of coverage and the filing of claims for costs incurred outside of the cruise. Please contact your carrier directly to discuss.
Additional Questions
We are working furiously to lock in our initial artist lineup for SR22. Hang in there, we promise we'll have one! And we will announce it as #soon as we possibly can, and earlier than we ever have!
If 2020 taught us anything, nothing in life is certain! However we do not anticipate that the 2022 cruise will be postponed or cancelled. We are in constant communication with our cruise line partners at Carnival, and will of course advise you should anything change.
Should the cruise need to be rescheduled again due to forces beyond our control, all guests will still have the option to transfer their reservation and payments to the rescheduled date, or apply your payments as a credit towards a future sailing, or receive a full refund of your cruise costs without penalty.

We know some of you may have questions about travel advisories or restrictions, or updated boarding procedures. As of now we are unaware of anything that might prohibit you from traveling to Galveston in January 2022, and boarding procedures for that time have not yet been announce by the cruise line. We will of course continue to monitor these matters throughout the year and contact you should any measures be put into place which might have an impact on your vacation.
If you cancelled your reservation before we postponed the cruise, and would like to re-book, you are more than welcome to do so! We'd love to have you back on board!
However if you cancelled your reservation prior to December 9th, you are not eligible for a reversal or refund of the $50 per person processing fee, subject to the Cancellation Policy in Terms & Conditions at the time of your cancellation.
Only guests with active reservations as of December 9th, who cancel between December 9, 2021 and January 22, 2022 are eligible to have the cancellation processing fee waived as a result of the postponement.
We strongly encourage all US resident guests to purchase travel insurance from our friends at Travel Guard. There are a number of reasons it's a good idea to have it, from missed/cancelled flights, to lost or stolen baggage/personal items, illness/injury and much more.
