After careful thought and consideration for all of our guests, artists, and crew, we have decided to reschedule ShipRocked. That said, we know how eager everyone is to safely rock hard and vacation harder together again #SOON, and we don't want you to have to wait any longer than necessary. So we are pushing the cruise to May!
We are working to finalize our initial artist lineup, and look forward to delivering the kind of experience the ShipRocked Family has grown to love, expect, and frankly that you all deserve next spring!
So what now? Please carefully read through all of the information below!
I'M GOING - what do i need to do?
If you plan to sail in May, no action is necessary. Your reservation and payment details will be automatically transferred and applied to the rescheduled sailing. If you're still making payments, we'll even give you a couple of extra months to do so! See below for more info.
If you are making monthly payments, your final payment date has been extended to February 1, 2021, and your monthly payment amount has been lowered! Of course if you've already paid off your reservation, you're all set.
You will receive a new reservation confirmation email (if you haven't already), and of course you are still able to login to your ASK4 Reservations Account to view your updated SR21 reservation details.
YES! Your cabin number and reservation number remain the same.
If you purchased travel insurance from Travel Guard when you made your SR21 reservation, your policy is still valid and your policy has been updated to reflect our new sailing dates. You can get a copy of your updated policy by clicking here, or you can call Travel Guard at 800-826-4919.
If you purchased travel insurance from any other carrier, you will need to contact them and inform them of the date change to have your policy updated.

All cancellation requests submitted after 5:00pm-ET on August 25th will be subject to the Cancellation Policy (and Lineup Guarantee) as outlined in the Terms & Conditions for SR21, and assessed a $50 per person processing fee.
I Need to cancel
If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, well, that's a bummer. We'll be sad to see you go. But you do have the option to either cancel your reservation for a full refund, or transfer your payments to a future sailing. See below for those details.
If you are unable to join us in May and need to cancel your reservation for a refund, you must complete and submit a Reservation Cancellation request form:
All cancellation requests submitted between Tuesday, August 11th and 5:00pm-ET Tuesday, August 25th will receive a full refund with no penalty. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of your request.
Cancellation requests submitted after August 25th will be subject to the SR21 Cancellation Policy (and Lineup Guarantee) per our Terms & Conditions, and assessed a $50 per person processing fee.
If you are the Lead Guest in your cabin, in addition to submitting your request, you must contact us at email@example.com or by phone at (888-402-ASK4 (2754), before August 25th to discuss, as your cancellation may impact those cabinmates who choose not to cancel.
If you are NOT the Lead Guest in your cabin, you must contact your cabin's Lead Guest to inform them that you are cancelling.
If you are unable to join us in May but would like to transfer/credit your SR21 payments to a future ShipRocked reservation, you must contact us before 5:00pm-ET on Tuesday, August 25th in order to do so.
Transfer requests submitted after August 25th will be subject to the Terms & Conditions for SR21, and assessed a $50 per person processing fee.
Transfer credits will be applied to your ASK4 Reservations account within 30 days of your request.
If you purchased travel insurance, you are subject to your policy's terms and conditions as it relates to cancellation of coverage and the filing of claims for costs incurred outside of the cruise. Please contact your carrier directly to discuss.
Now that we've postponed the cruise, we are working furiously to lock in our initial artist lineup for May. Hang in there, we promise we'll have one! And we will announce it as #soon as we possibly can!
We do not currently anticipate that the cruise will be rescheduled again, but we are in constant communication with our cruise line partners at Carnival, and will of course advise you should anything change.
Should the cruise need to be rescheduled again due to forces beyond our control, all guests will still have the option to transfer their reservation and payments to the rescheduled date, or apply your payments as a credit towards a future sailing, or receive a full refund of your cruise costs without penalty.

We know some of you may have questions about travel advisories or restrictions, or updated boarding procedures. As of now we are unaware of anything that might prohibit you from traveling to Miami in May, and boarding procedures for that time have not yet been announce by the cruise line. We will of course continue to monitor these matters throughout the year and contact you should any measures be put into place which might have an impact on your vacation.
If you cancelled your reservation before we postponed the cruise, and would like to re-book, you are more than welcome to do so! We'd love to have you back on board!
However if you cancelled your reservation prior to August 11, 2020, you are not eligible for a reversal or refund of the $50 per person processing fee, subject to the Cancellation Policy in SR21 Terms & Conditions at the time of your cancellation.
Only guests with active reservations as of August 11th, who cancel between August 11th and August 25th are eligible to have the cancellation processing fee waived as a result of the postponement.
YES! We are planning to sail again in early 2022. As those details and plans come together, we'll be sure to let you know!
We strongly encourage all US resident guests to purchase travel insurance from our friends at Travel Guard. There are a number of reasons it's a good idea to have it, from missed/cancelled flights, to lost or stolen baggage/personal items, illness/injury and much more.
