A Message From The Captain
Over the last eleven years, the ShipRocked community has grown into an incredible close-knit family built on a foundation of great music and making memories to last a lifetime. Witnessing how you have rallied in support of each other during these unprecedented and challenging times has been truly inspiring and heartwarming, and only strengthens our resolve and responsibility to deliver you the vacation experience of a lifetime!
We look forward to gathering together again in that spirit to rock hard, vacation harder and cruise safely in 2021 and beyond! Until then, try to stay positive, remain healthy, and continue to take care of each other!
See you all #SOON!

YES! ShipRocked is not scheduled to sail until January 2021, and we are actively planning your vacation experience! We can't wait to share all of the details about the lineup, shows, theme nights, and much more in the coming weeks and months!
We do not currently anticipate that the cruise will be canceled or postponed. We are in constant communication with our cruise line partners at Carnival, and will of course advise you should anything change.
In the unlikely event that the cruise is canceled or has to be rescheduled for a later date due to forces beyond our control, all guests will have the option to transfer their reservation and payments to the rescheduled date, or apply your payments as a credit towards a future sailing, or receive a full refund of your cruise costs without penalty.
For additional information on our Guest Cancelation Policy, cancellation by ShipRocked and/or Carnival Cruise lines, please refer to the SR21 Terms & Conditions.
We know you may have questions about travel advisories or restrictions, or changing boarding procedures. We will continue to monitor these matters throughout the year and contact you should any measures be in place which might have an impact on your vacation.
We strongly encourage all US resident guests purchase travel insurance from our friends at Travel Guard. There are a number of reasons it's a good idea to have it, from missed/cancelled flights, to lost or stolen baggage/personal items, illness/injury and much more.
However, please be aware of the following information recently provided to us by Travel Guard:
Due to the World Health Organization (WHO) announcement declaring Coronavirus (COVID-19) a pandemic, please note that as of March 11, 2020, COVID-19 is a foreseen event and certain coverages offered by Travel Guard will not apply.
Please click here for additional details.
We are only able to offer travel insurance to residents of the United States. If you are a resident of Canada, you can contact Travel Guard directly by clicking here. If you are a resident of another country, we recommend that you purchase travel insurance locally.
Our first and foremost concern is the safety, health, and well-being of our incredible family of ShipRocked guests, artists and staff. We are engaged in regular communications with our cruise line partners at Carnival regarding their policies and procedures to protect the health of everyone onboard.
We encourage you to click here to learn more about the additional safety health measures that Carnival is implementing, and to review some important personal tips for healthy cruising.
