In order to reserve your stateroom onboard ShipRocked, you will need an ASK4 Entertainment Reservations User Name. If you have sailed onboard ShipRocked previously you already have an ASK4 User Name, which can be retrieved by clicking here, or by contacting ASK4 Reservations at 888-402-ASK4 (2754) or shiprocked@ask4ent.com. If you are a first time guest, you will be able to register your ASK4 User Name at the time of booking, or you can create your ASK4 Reservations Account at any time by clicking here.

Before you proceed to booking, make sure you have the following information for all persons traveling:

Multiple Credit Card Payments: If will be paying for your stateroom with multiple credit cards, you will need to have all of the credit card numbers (with expiration date and the card’s verification code/number) as well as the billing name and billing addresses for each card.

We accept most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We will also accept payment by payment by check, only when prior arrangements have been made and when submitted by mail or overnight courier.

We only accept third party credit card payments (from a person not attending the cruise) when a Third Party Credit Card Authorization Form is signed by the card holder. If you are paying with a Third Party Credit Card, please click this link to complete our credit card authorization form. In addition to Payment In Full, there are two convenient payment plans available for ShipRocked guests: Monthly Payments, and our Deposit +50/50 Payment Plan.  CLICK HERE to read the specifics of each plan, automatic billing details, and other payment information.

Pre-book deposits are refundable, less a $35 per person administrative fee, for up to 14-days after the date of our initial artist lineup. After 14 days, or upon redemption of your pre-book token, all pre-book deposits are non-refundable. All pre-book deposit cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing by emailing shiprocked@ask4ent.com.

ALL OTHER SHIPROCKED DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

Due to the unique nature of our event, all cabin reservation cancellations, including VIP Package purchases, are non-refundable for any amount or any reason, and forfeits all payments. There are NO exceptions to our cancellation policies. We strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to shiprocked@ask4ent.com.

Single Guests

All cabin deposits are based on a minimum of double occupancy. Single guests are responsible for the full double-occupancy rate of their cabin. Single guests will receive a discount of $199 off of the second cruise fare. In all cases, single guests will only be charged one add-on fee of $275 for taxes and fees.

Cabinmates

If you know who will be traveling with you prior to making your reservation, please have each person register for an ASK4 Reservations account before you reserve your stateroom. You will then be able to easily add them to the stateroom at the time you make your reservation online. If you don’t know who your cabinmate(s) will be prior to reserving, no problem, you can add them at a later time.

We highly recommend the purchase of travel insurance from Travel Guard Travel Insurance to protect you against financial loss due to non-refundable costs and fees due to unexpected cancellations and travel emergencies.

Travel insurance also protects you against emergencies during travel, such as trip interruption, trip delay, missed/cancelled flights, lost or stolen baggage/personal items, illness/injury and much more. Travel Guard also offers an optional Cancel for Any Reason policy that must be purchased with your initial payment or deposit. If you have to cancel for a non-covered reason, the Cancel for Any Reason option will reimburse you 50% of your non-refundable costs; covered reasons will receive a 100% refund. Travel Guard will determine the amount of your refund based on the documentation you provide to them.

In the event of cancellation, you must first contact ASK4 Reservations in writing by sending an email to reservations@ask4ent.com. Then, you must contact Travel Guard directly to submit a claim and request a refund.

Pregnant Guests

Boarding will be denied to any person who will enter her third trimester (27th; twenty-seventh week) of pregnancy by the time of the Cruise or during the cruise and to infants under six (6) months old.

By booking the Cruise, you warrant that you, and those traveling with you, are physically fit to travel at the time of embarkation.  You assume all risks associated with travel and transportation on the Cruise. While at sea or in port, the availability of medical care may be limited and/or delayed. Per our Terms & Conditions, you acknowledge that all or part of the Cruise may be in areas where medical care and/or evacuation may not be available. You agree to indemnify and reimburse SR and/or CCL in the event that either party, in its sole discretion, to advance to you the cost of emergency medical care, including medical evacuation and/or medical care provided ashore, as well as transportation and/or lodging in connection therewith. SR shall have no responsibility to advance any such costs.

Double staterooms have two lower twin beds that can be converted to a king sized bed.

Triple staterooms have two lower twin beds which can convert to a king-sized bed, with either an upper pullman, sofa-bed, or trundle available for 3rd guests.

Quad staterooms have two lower twin beds which can convert to a king-sized bed, with upper pullman(s), sofa-bed, or trundle available for 3rd and 4th guests.

In order to assist you with any special requirements you may have, Please call ASK4 Reservations at 888-402-ASK4 (2754) in order to book ADA staterooms over the phone, as they are not available to book online.

By booking the Cruise, you warrant that you, and those traveling with you, are physically fit to travel at the time of embarkation. Per our Terms & Conditions, you must notify ShipRocked (SR) at the time of booking of any disability or other medical or physical condition that may require special assistance during the Cruise. Your failure to do so will release SR from any liability for loss, damages or other compensation arising from or related in any way to such disability or condition. SR and CCL reserve the right to require that any passenger who is not self-sufficient travel with a companion who shall take responsibility for any assistance needed during the Cruise and in case of emergency.

Carnival Cruise Line uses an E-Documents system, which will allow you to check-in online prior to the cruise, and print your boarding pass and other cruise documents, similar to an airline E-Ticket. A few weeks prior to the cruise, you will be emailed your unique booking number and will be directed to Carnival’s Online Check-In Page. Online Check-in is available anytime up to 24 hours before the date of departure. Those not able to use Carnival’s Online Check-in will still have the opportunity to check-in at the pier on the date of depature.

All Stateroom Pricing Includes

  • A 4-night luxury Caribbean cruise from Port Canaveral (Orlando) to Nassau and Half Moon Cay, Bahamas
  • All ShipRocked concerts, meet and greets, special events and activities
  • Spacious cabin accommodations on-board the Carnival Liberty
  • Use of the ship’s pools*, hot-tubs, waterslide, mini-golf course, health and fitness centers
  • All meals in the main dining room and Lido restaurant throughout the day
  • Non-carbonated beverages (coffee, tea, juices, fountain water, etc.)
  • 24-hour room service (view menu) and 24-hour pizzeria

* Subject to concert staging and weather conditions, some pools and hot tubs may be closed during the cruise.

The following are not included in your cruise fare:

  • Taxes, Port Charges, Ticketing Fees, and Gratuities for ship staff ($12.95 per guest per dayfor all Interior, Oceanview and Balcony cabins, and gratuities of $13.95 per guest per day for all Suites) will be pre-paid for you at checkout ($275 per person)
  • Airfare, pre or post-cruise hotel accommodations or ground transportation
  • Travel Insurance (will be available for purchase during the reservations process)
  • Meals, beverages or shore excursions and other tours while in port
  • Alcoholic beverages
  • Sodas and bottled water (discounted soda & water packages will be available to purchase onboard)
  • Steakhouse Selections in the main dining room, specialty beverages/pastries at the coffee bar
  • Wi-Fi (internet access plans will be available to purchase onboard)
  • Laundry, medical expenses, spa services, beauty salon, casino gaming, onboard shopping
  • Onboard gratuities to the ship’s bar staff or spa personnel

Although it is not technically required, ShipRocked strongly recommends that ALL of our guests travel with a passport, valid for at least six months beyond the completion of travel. Having a valid passport will help to expedite the debarkation experience as delays may be expected upon return to the United States for those without one. Additionally, this will enable guests to fly from the U.S. to meet their ship at a foreign port should they miss their scheduled port of embarkation and allow guests who must disembark the ship before their cruise ends due to an emergency to fly back to the U.S. without significant delays and complications.
