Booking Instructions for Pre-Booked Guests

If you pre-booked your reservation and made a deposit, you will receive an email with your booking token, earliest booking time, and information on how to go about selecting your cabin and locking in your reservation.  Only guests who pre-booked their ShipRocked reservation will receive this email.

Once you have logged in to ASK4 Reservations for ShipRocked, enter your ASK4 User Name and Password, and select your cabin. Your ASK4 Reservations Account contains your personal information and ShipRocked trip history. Your pre-book deposit will appear in your account when you go to book your cabin and will be automatically applied towards your total cabin cost.

Fill Your Cabin

By virtue of pre-booking, you are considered the “Lead Guest” for your reservation. It is your responsibility to complete the booking process for everyone in your cabin.

If your ShipRocked cabin mates have shared a cabin with you on a prior cruise, you will be able to select their name from a pull-down list of your prior cabinmates during the booking process. If your cabin mates have NOT shared a cabin with you on a previous cruise, but already have an ASK4 Reservations account, you will be able to locate their information by searching for their First & Last Names and E-Mail address in their ASK4 profile (must match all three fields in their accounts). If they are new to ShipRocked, you will need for them to create a new ASK4 Reservations Account before adding them to your cabin. After registering, they will receive an email with their new ASK4 User Name for future log in.

If you are pre-booked, then you have already paid a portion of your deposit to book your cabin. You will have the opportunity to divide the payments between everyone in your cabin once each passenger has a ASK4 Reservations Account. If you are paying with multiple credit cards, you will need all of the credit card numbers (with expiration date and card verification number), as well as the name and billing addresses for each card.

Non-Lead Guests: Please be advised that ONLY the lead passenger can add, remove and change guests. We strongly suggest purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip investment.

Booking Token Dates & Times

Although Cabin Selection for pre-booked guests begins on Wednesday, May 4th, the process of cabin selection actually takes place over several days, given the large number of guests who are pre-booked. This makes it much easier for our guest services staff to assist you if needed while making your reservation, and it preserves the integrity of the booking order.

Your assgned Token Date & Time will either be on May 4th, 5th, or 6th, depending on where you fall in the booking order, which is determined by the number of prior ShipRocked cruise’s you’ve attended, and the order in which pre-sale deposits were received.

Tokens dates and times are split into the following groups:

Group 1 (Lifers) – ShipRocked Survivors who have sailed at least 5 times (SR09-11* count as one cruise), will be given the advantage of selecting their cabins based on the order your pre-book deposit is submitted.

Group 2 (Elders) – ShipRocked Survivors who have sailed at least 4 times, based on the order your pre-book deposit is submitted.

Group 3 – ShipRocked Survivors who have sailed at least 3 times, based on the order your pre-book deposit is submitted.

Group 4 – ShipRocked Survivors who have sailed at least 2 time, based on the order your pre-book deposit is submitted.

Group 5 – ShipRocked Survivors who have sailed at least 1 time, based on the order your pre-book deposit is submitted.

Group 6 – Newbie Cruisers (first time guests who have not sailed before), based on the order your pre-book deposit is submitted.

Groups 1-3 book on May 4th, Groups 4-5* book on May 5th, and Group 6 on May 6th. Each daily group is then split and scheduled over the course of several hours, based on their sailing history, and the day/time they pre-booked.

*Please note that Group 5 was such a large number this year, it was necessary to shift some of those guests, who had pre-booked later, to the first group on May 6th, ahead of Group 6.

Access the Reservations System For ShipRocked

CLICK HERE to access the ASK4 Entertainment Reservations system for ShipRocked. If you have an ASK4 Reservations Account you will be prompted to enter your User Name and Password during the booking process – if you do not have an ASK4 Reservations Account, please follow the instructions to register for a new account.

Your ASK4 Reservations Account Information

Your ASK4 Reservations User Name is your unique login that accesses your personal account information and ShipRocked trip history. If you have pre-booked ShipRocked, then you already have a ASK4 User Name which can be retrieved from within the reservations system. If you’re a first time guest, you will be able to register for your ASK4 Reservations Account at the time of booking. After you have booked your cabin, your ASK4 User Name and Password will allow you to access your ShipRocked reservation to make future payments and edit your personal information.

Select Your Cabin

When you enter the booking system, you will have access to all available cabin inventory. Please keep in mind that the cabin inventory may be limited, so it’s best to have a few back up options of cabin types just in case your first preference is not available.
